The hotel's location was also a plus, being centrally located and close to the beach, with buses conveniently stopping right outside.

To our stay. the noise from the bar outside was quite disruptive, playing loud music until late at night.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable as it is right on the beach, perfect for those who enjoy swimming, windsurfing, kitesurfing or hiking. it's only a few minutes away from the airport. The rooms are designed with great taste, and some offer impressive views. The staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer, Andrea and Ana. The breakfast is a highlight, with a great selection of fresh fruit, ham and warm dishes.

The parking can be a bit of a hassle, as it is only possible to park in front of the hotel at night, or you will need to leave your car at a 5-minute walking distance during the day.

I had a wonderful stay at Emblemático Holiday Time in Santa Cruz de la Palma. The location was perfect for exploring the island, with easy access to buses. The hotel itself had recently been refurbished and everything was done to a high standard. I was lucky enough to have a top floor room with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The bathroom was also very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The convenience of the number 500 bus from the airport made getting to the hotel a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I did experience a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The breakfast was lacking in some aspects, such as having to ask for milk whenever it was needed.

Despite the Christmas rush, the hotel offered free champagne on arrival and free cookies every day. Great location just a stone's throw from the beach and the nearby bus stop made for easy transportation. The room furnishings were comfy and quaint, which added to the coziness of the holiday experience.
